The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -14 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -8 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from ₦ 504,098.25 to ₦ 466,071.5 during February and March.
The average price for BMW 118i has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2007 and 2013, the average price is ₦ 537,500. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2007 (₦ 475,000) moving up till (₦ 600,000)in 2013.
