Toyota Alphard Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Toyota Alphard cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in October was of ₦ 435,814. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₦ 422,813 during November. The following two months (December, January) the selling price went through a devaluation of -7 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. During the last couple of months, the average price has hardly changed, remaining the same going from ₦ 414,915.5 to ₦ 410,212.5 during February and March.
The average price for Toyota Alphard has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2002 and 2008, the average price is ₦ 467,083.25. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2002 (₦ 275,000) moving up till (₦ 583,333)in 2008. Cars belonging to the model aforementioned had a price deflation of -10 percent in the next two years (2009, 2010) compared to the previous two years. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have experienced a depreciation of -7 % compared to the average prices for the previous 4 years. This has been obtained from prices from the the previous four years in a previous sample (₦ 394,166.75) and the the last two years analyzed (2011, 2013) with a price of ₦ 368,333.5.

They are 13 % more affordable than the average price (₦ 415,758). Next with a price of ₦ 370,000 and a mileage range of "more than 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 15% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of ₦ 441,667.
