Toyota RAV4 Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Toyota RAV4 cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in May was of ₦ 13,543,750. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₦ 13,769,500 during June. During the following two months (July, August) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₦ 13,656,625 to ₦ 14,711,688. The average price has risen 7 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (₦ 15,194,312) during September and October.
The average price for Toyota RAV4 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2015, the average price is ₦ 3,473,428.5. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (₦ 677,854) moving up till (₦ 8,286,362)in 2015. During the next two years (2016, 2017) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 205 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone through a strong rise of 21 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This was taken from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (₦ 13,415,641) and the the last two years that have been analyzed (2018, 2019) with a price of ₦ 16,224,562.
The graph that displays the price for Toyota RAV4 cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "more than 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 83 % more affordable than the average price (₦ 15,291,875). Next with a price of ₦ 3,827,438 and a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "less than 10,000". It is 6% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "10,000 - 25,000" priced at ₦ 9,220,000.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Toyota RAV4 cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 93 % less expensive than the average market price (₦ 15,291,875) followed by "Petrol" priced at ₦ 2,242,152. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 85 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Diesel" with a price of ₦ 1,017,895.
