The average selling price has remained fairly constant during the following two months, going from ₦ 10,454,750 to ₦ 10,696,750. The average price has had spectacular rise of 22 % with an average price of ₦ 10,575,750 during the previous 4 months and ₦ 12,935,307 during the most recent months in October and November.
