This price hardly went through any changes and remained at ₦ 416,667 during November. During the following two months (December, January) the average selling price rose somewhat going from ₦ 416,667 to ₦ 475,000. The average price has risen 7 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (₦ 475,000) during February and March.
